1. Appointment?
We are still on a ‘First come, First serve basis’. Due to the limited capacity to accommodate the high volume of walk-in clients, a service cut-off has been implemented. Cut-off time varies on a daily basis; thus, we encourage our clients to come early in the morning.
2. Emergency?
Due to the current limited capacity, Emergency cases will be prioritized depending on the availability of the veterinarian-on-duty within the Hospital and Clinic regular business hours.
3. Home Service?
As of this time, we put hold our home service due to the risks of the pandemic.
