Dogs and cats cannot use carbohydrates efficiently as a source of metabolisable energy. The raw material used in manufacturing Nutri-plus gel is of animal origin: mainly in the form of protein, fat, and glycogen. This means that Nutri-plus gel is easily digested and assimilated by the dog or cat. The benefit of Nutri-plus gel is that the dog or cat, under a stressful situation, will be able to use the energy source efficiently and return to its normal physiological state more rapidly.

- Growing puppies and kittens
- Hunting or working dogs
- Breeding females (pregnancy and lactation)
- Convalescent animals (after infectious disease, surgery, etc)
- Nutritional supplementation in adult dogs and cats
- Maintenance of healthy skin and coat (dog show)
Dosage
- 1 to 2 teaspoons per 5 kilogram body weight, i.e. 10 cm of gel from the tube per 5 kg bodyweight per day.
- If nutri-plus gel is being used for a convalescent or debilitated animal as the sole source of food, the dose should be doubled: 2 to 4 teaspoons per 5 kg body weight per day. This dose corresponds to one 100g tube per 10 kg body weight per day.
Directions for Use
- Given orally. Can be given directly or mix in the food. For easy administration, first give small amount directly into the animal's mouth, then proceed with the recommended dose. Nutri-plus gel must be administered for at least 2 to 3 days. Store in a cool, dry place. 1x120 g tube.
