Facilities - Cebu Veterinary Doctors

We, at the Cebu Veterinary Doctors, are continuously upgrading our facilities to better serve our patients and clientele. Our facilities include equipments used in routine and special diagnostic as well as medical procedures.

General Ward

Dogs and cats for confinement are placed on individual cages in the general ward. Our vets and staff work around the clock to monitor patients under confinement and critical care.

Maternity - Nursery Room

Pregnant dogs and cats now have the privacy and solitude of giving birth in our Maternity - Nursery Room. It is important for your pregnant pet to feel safe and comfortable especially during whelping (birthing). With this in mind, we are allowing only a few persons in the room at a time. Visitors can see their pet through the viewing window near the Vet's station.

Diagnostic Imaging

The hospital has x-ray and ultrasound machines to help evaluate internal organs such as the heart, lungs, stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys, including bones and joints. These tools are also useful in assessing your unborn puppies and kittens.

Diagnostic Laboratory

Our in-house diagnostic laboratory offers a wide array of routine laboratory tests and can be of immediate assistance in any emergency situation. Complete blood counts, serum chemistries, clotting tests, and urinalysis can be done in minutes. We have a number of microscopes for cytology smears and fecal examination. Our veterinarians also have access to a wide range of diagnostic tools for dermatological evaluation. Diagnostic test kits and culture media are also available in the laboratory.

Grooming Suite

Our grooming suite is located at our SM City Cebu Branch. Our pet grooming services include skin and coat check-up, hair clipping, bathing and shampooing, ear dressing, nail clipping, and anal sac draining. After bathing, pets are blow-dried to prevent chilling. All pets brought in for grooming are checked by our veterinarian.

Dental Facility

Dental health care is important for your pets. A good oral hygiene program coupled with regular professional care can help prevent dental problems that may occur due to plaque and tartar buildup.

Surgical Suite

The Cebu Veterinary Doctors can handle most routine soft tissue as well as orthopedic surgeries.
